Temperature sensor refers to the sensor can feel the temperature and convert the available output signal. Problems that are easy to ignore in the use of temperature sensors: operation temperature, insertion depth, response time.
First, operation temperature. The temperature sensor will heat itself during the working process, which will lead to the error in measuring the operation temperature. In order to reduce the error, the temperature sensor needs to be used in constant small current condition.
Second, insertion depth. The temperature sensor insertion depth can be determined according to actual needs that related to the protection pipe material. The depth of temperature sensor insertion can affect the stablity of sensor.
Third, response time. The thermal response time of the temperature measuring element depends mainly on the structure and measurement conditions of the sensor, and it is also related to retention time of the temperature measurement.
